Signing up for Medicare is on a case by case basis but your initial eligibility period starts 3 months before you turn 65. But it is never too soon to plan ahead.
Signing up for Marketplace Coverage begins November 1st of each year and runs until January 15th of the following year.
Medicare:
Annual Enrollment begins October 15th and ends December 7th
Open Enrollment begins January 1st and ends March 31st
ACA Health Insurance:
Open Enrollment begins November 1st and ends January 15th of the following year
